Damaged/Missing Packages

At Oaks Creek Boutique LLC, we carefully inspect and package every order before it leaves our facility. Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, we no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. After shipment, the package is fully in the hands of the carrier and delivery issues must be handled through them.
